Law Firm Seeks Regulatory Affairs (Natural Resources, Energy and Real Estate) Associate

Law firm, Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an associate with at least three years of experience to join their Boise office to work on mining, real estate, and renewable energy mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other project development and transactional matters in their Regulatory Affairs Practice Group. This associate will have the opportunity to work on national and international natural resource, energy and real estate transactions with teams of Dorsey lawyers located across their 21 offices with an emphasis on nationally-based energy companies, unique . commerce intersections and Asian-Pacific international markets.

Qualifications

Law firm, Dorsey & Whitney LLP is looking for qualified candidates that possess the following:
- A ;
- At least three years of transactional experience, including substantial mergers and acquisitions experience;
- Experience working in the business, corporate or natural resource groups of a large law firm;
- Experience with mining, real estate, or energy is a plus;
- Strong communication and writing skills; and
- Top academic credentials.
