About the Role:
- Real estate associate position with a top law firm in New York
- Two to four years of experience required (classes 2020 - 2022)
- Focus on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and more

- Annual base salary ranges from $235,000 to $310,000

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real properties
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other real estate documents
- Conduct due diligence and title review
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure successful transactions
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Large law firm background preferred
- Experience in real estate finance and development a plus
- Strong academic credentials and a JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New York Bar
