Job Overview:
The Healthcare Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of quality healthcare experience, with a preference for expertise in healthcare compliance.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic legal advice to healthcare clients on compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation, if necessary.
- Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations that may impact clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law.
- Experience in healthcare compliance is highly preferred.
- Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal.
- Admission to practice law in other states may be considered.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is a plus.
