# Attorney - Finance Section (Transactional)

## Job Description

Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 10-15 years of experience to support the firm's transactional practices, including commercial lending, real estate lending, corporate finance, and M&A. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as lead counsel on loan or M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating documents, managing junior attorneys, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.

## Qualifications
