Law Firm Seeks Real Estate Attorney
Law Firm is looking to expand its talent in its Real Estate Practice Group and is seeking an Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join its team in Albany, Buffalo or Rochester, New York.

## Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales and acquisitions of commercial properties, commercial leasing, financing transactions and related areas of commercial real estate. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain significant client contact and responsibility, as well as be part of an inclusive and equitable environment.

## Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in handling sales and acquisitions of commercial properties, commercial leasing, financing transactions and related areas of commercial real estate
- Excellent reputation and a roster of high profile clients
- Commitment to advancement
- Ability to work in a flexible workplace
- Mentoring, feedback and training are emphasized

## Benefits

Law Firm offers an annual salary range of $130,000-$150,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors. Other benefits include:
