The ideal candidate must be capable of handling litigation in active dissolution, establishment, enforcement, and modification actions, have a strong desire to litigate and be in court, be comfortable with advocating and counseling clients involved in highly contentious and emotional matters such as legal decision-making, parenting time, and the division of financial assets, have a solid knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure (ARFLP) and applicable Arizona Revised Statutes.
