As a Commercial Litigation Attorney at our law firm, you will have the opportunity to practice in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment law. You will be responsible for taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, attending hearings, mediations, and trials, and conducting legal research and analysis of case law. You will also have the chance to work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel, providing them with exemplary legal counsel.

To be considered for this role, you must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar and have 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation, professional liability, and/or employment law. Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills are also required. We are looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, and who is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients.
