#1L Diversity Fellowship - 2024 Summer Program

##Overview

The 1L Diversity Fellowship is a 10-week summer program that takes place in Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Silicon Valley or Washington, DC. During the program, Fellows will participate in our Launch Your Career Program, training sessions, mentorship opportunities, networking with our lawyers and social events. Fellows will gain valuable insight into what it means to practice law simply by working with and observing our lawyers. Successful Fellows will be invited to return to the Firm the following year for the Summer Associate Program.

##Eligibility

The application process is open to all law students enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school, regardless of race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, military service, disability, or any other characteristic or condition protected by applicable law.

##Compensation

The 1L Diversity Fellowship salary is $4,150 per week.

Applications will be accepted from 1L students on December 1 and will be considered on a rolling basis through January. To apply, please submit the following materials online at :
