Primary Responsibilities:

- Preparation and filing of federal trademark and service mark applications
- Monitoring and handling of foreign trademark formalities and renewals
- Tracking docket entries and deadlines
- Preparation of reports for attorneys and clients
- Communication with clients, foreign associates, and USPTO personnel
- Arranging for legalization of documents in foreign countries
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment
- Aptitude for learning new applications, systems, and processes
- Proficient with Office365, PATTSY WAVE, TSDR, Coresearch, Page Vault, Global IP Estimator, and iManage
- Knowledge of foreign trademark prosecution

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program preferred
- Minimum three years of trademark prosecution experience
