Savine Employment Law, Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Associate Employment Attorney to join our growing team. Our firm is dedicated to helping employers manage their workforce effectively and assisting executives in achieving their career goals and financial success. We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive attorney with at least 3 years of experience in employment counseling and litigation to hit the ground running and assist us in becoming the top boutique employment law firm in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the owner, attorneys, and staff to provide legal guidance and support to clients
- Serve as a business advisor to clients, offering guidance on legal matters throughout their life cycle
- Manage direct client interaction and gain business development experience
- Take on significant responsibility for complex and sophisticated legal matters
- Counsel clients on employment-related decision-making, agreements, and policies
- Handle federal and state labor and employment litigation and private arbitrations

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in employment counseling and litigation
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, project management, and research skills
- Professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork mindset
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in cloud computing and remote work technologies
