King Law is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join their Family Law Practice Area Group (PAG) in the Asheville, North Carolina office. The successful candidate will be passionate about representing clients in some of the most challenging times of their lives.

## Responsibilities

The Family Law Associate Attorney will be responsible for the following:

* New client consultations
* Attend court, mediations, and depositions
* Research and prepare case for court
* Case Reviews
* PAG Team Trainings
* Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
* Ensure the ultimate client experience
* Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service
* Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
* All other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish

The successful candidate will be supported by a mentor, an assigned case manager, and weekly training sessions.

## Qualifications

The successful candidate must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing. Previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred.
