The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in a variety of corporate law areas such as mergers & acquisitions, business formation and capitalization, corporate governance, stockholder agreements and LLC operating agreements, corporate restructuring, executive compensation, securities law compliance for private placements and compensatory equity issuances, secured transactions, joint ventures, negotiated stockholder exits, and general knowledge of applicable tax and accounting concepts.
