## Patent Litigation Associate - Dinsmore & Shohl LLP

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, a prominent national law firm with over 750 attorneys in 29 cities, has an immediate opportunity available for a Patent Litigation Associate. This position would be in the firm’s IP Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group in any of the following locations: Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Lexington, KY; or Louisville, KY.

### Job Description

The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of four years of patent litigation experience and/or significant PTAB experience. The successful candidate must have a license to practice in Ohio or Kentucky, as applicable, strong academic credentials, and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. The role involves preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. A technical background and USPTO patent bar registration is preferred. The successful candidate must also have a desire to work in a collegial atmosphere with an emphasis on training, significant client contact, and a wide range of work handling complex patent litigation matters for regional and national clients of all sizes.
