## Structured Finance Associate at Law Firm
Winston & Strawn is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Structured Finance Group. The ideal candidate will have experience working at a law firm with a focus in Structured Finance, Lending, Securitization, or similar finance structures.

**Job Requirements:**
- Strong deal experience in Structured Finance, Lending, Securitization, or similar finance structures.
- Experience across a variety of asset types and structures preferred, but not required.
- Must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.
