Summary
Law Firm is seeking an IP Litigation Lateral Associate to join its team. The ideal candidate will have top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience, with an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar fields highly preferred. CAFC clerkship experience and experience with PTAB disputes is also a plus.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $225,000 and $345,000, with benefits including health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
