Polsinelli, a top law firm in the health care industry, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our national health care practice. This position is available in our Chicago, Denver, or Kansas City office, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse team of experienced attorneys and prestigious clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, previous experience in a law firm or clerkship, and exceptional writing skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience in health care litigation, with a focus on False Claims Act matters, is preferred. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of persuasive writing, particularly in drafting federal court pleadings and motions.
