The successful candidate will have three to five years of experience in project finance, with a focus on renewable project finance, tax credit monetization transactions, energy transition, natural resources, and/or infrastructure.

The department is actively involved in the financing of energy, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects throughout the world.

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in project finance transactions, including renewable energy projects, tax credit monetization transactions, energy transition projects, natural resources projects, and/or infrastructure projects.
- Assist senior lawyers in the preparation and negotiation of financing documents and related agreements.
- Participate in due diligence and other aspects of financing transactions.
- Draft legal opinions and advise clients on legal matters.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Junior - Mid-level associate with three to five years’ experience in project finance with a focus on renewable project finance, tax credit monetization transactions, energy transition, natural resources, and/or infrastructure.
- Strong academic credentials and previous experience at a top-tier firm preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
