Taft Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate in Securities to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:
The Associate - Securities will work closely with our Business practice group and have at least 5 years of experience in Securities, specifically with the 1934 Act. This is a team-oriented role and the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Securities laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal counsel on Securities matters to clients
• Conduct research and analysis on Securities laws and regulations
• Draft and review legal documents related to Securities transactions
• Collaborate with team members on complex Securities cases
• Attend client meetings and hearings as needed

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois, Michigan or Indiana
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Securities, specifically with the 1934 Act
• Strong understanding of Securities laws and regulations
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Salary Information:
• Salary will be commensurate with experience
