Goodwin's Private Equity Debt Finance Group – Senior Associate

Goodwin is a leading law firm that is currently seeking a highly qualified senior associate with 5 – 8 years of experience to join its Debt Finance group. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents. Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.

## Job Summary
