## Business Law Counsel at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Business Law Counsel to join its Business Law section. The successful candidate will collaborate with one of New Jersey’s premier corporate practices alongside tenured professionals specializing in a nationally recognized, full-service and sophisticated transactional practice.

**Qualifications:**

* in general corporate/securities matters, including drafting, negotiating and counseling clients on private placements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate governance documentation
* Portable business of at least $250K
* Ability to work from law firm’s offices in Little Falls, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; or NYC

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide counsel on business law matters
* Draft, negotiate and review corporate/securities documents
* Counsel clients on private placements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate governance
