Bricker Graydon, a reputable law firm, is currently in search of an experienced bond finance attorney to join their Public Finance Practice Group. The firm is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in acting as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and developer/borrower counsel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in traditional, general obligation, revenue, and project-based financings.

Responsibilities:
- Act as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and developer/borrower counsel
- Work on traditional, general obligation, revenue, and project-based financings
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Draft and review legal documents related to bond finance transactions
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on various projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in bond finance law
- Experience in traditional, general obligation, revenue, and project-based financings
- Strong understanding of bond finance laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information:
Salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
