Multiple leading law firms across the United States — including large national firms, respected mid-sized practices, real estate boutiques, and developer-focused groups — are actively seeking Real Estate Attorneys with 1–10 years of experience.
This is a nationwide opportunity open to all major and secondary markets for attorneys with transactional, leasing, financing, and development experience.

  • Commercial property transactions

  • Due diligence and title review

Duties

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning checks, and property-level investigations.
  • Assist with financing transactions involving construction loans, permanent loans, and other secured lending.
  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects from initial term sheet through closing.
  • Work closely with partners, clients, lenders, and developers to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
  • 1–10 years of real estate transactional experience.
  • Strong academic background and demonstrated drafting ability.
  • Experience with commercial deals, leasing, financing, or development work.

Skills

  • Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
  • Effective communication with clients, lenders, and internal teams.
