Duties
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning checks, and property-level investigations.
- Assist with financing transactions involving construction loans, permanent loans, and other secured lending.
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects from initial term sheet through closing.
- Work closely with partners, clients, lenders, and developers to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
- 1–10 years of real estate transactional experience.
- Strong academic background and demonstrated drafting ability.
- Experience with commercial deals, leasing, financing, or development work.
