Job Title: Associate Attorney

Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford . is seeking motivated and experienced attorneys to join their rapidly growing Miami office. This is a great opportunity for 2-5 year associate attorneys looking to join a team of highly skilled legal professionals in a variety of practice areas such as estate planning, probate administration, medical malpractice, automobile negligence and general liability defense.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions
- Work closely with senior attorneys to handle case load
- Collaborate with team members to provide the best service to clients

Qualifications:

- Exceptional legal research and writing skills (Writing sample required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Civil Litigation, including deposition
- Judicial clerkship experience is welcomed, but not required
- Ability to take on significant responsibility and work well in a team environment
- High academic credentials from a respected law school
