## Business Attorney

Meyer Law is looking for an experienced attorney to join their growing practice. This position offers flexibility, no billable hour requirements, and amazing perks with an awesome team. The ideal candidate will have with corporate, contracts and/or employment matters.

**Responsibilities:**

- Counsel clients on corporate structure and draft related documentation such as shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and other corporate-related documents
- Draft technology agreements such as Terms of Use, SaaS Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Subscription Agreements, and provide related guidance
- Draft hiring agreements such as Offer Letters, Employment Agreements, Contractor Agreements, Employee Handbooks, and other policies
- Assist clients with legal strategy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service

**Qualifications:**

- advising clients on corporate matters, such as governance and structure
- Experience drafting corporate-related documents
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts
- Experience drafting employment-related documentation and advising companies on employment-related matters
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven ability to handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial, business-minded, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills
- Self-starter who loves the freedom to work independently and remotely, but has the self-discipline to stay focused on the greater goals of the law firm
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop lasting business relationships
- Consistently drives for excellence and pushes his/her own limits
- Exceptional work ethic and drive
- Book of business or proven track record of building a book of business is a plus

**Compensation and Benefits:**
