- This is a hands-on position that involves working collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and clients in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities:

- Filing pleadings in state and federal court.
- Docketing for attorneys, including calculating court and discovery deadlines.
- Providing administrative support, such as processing invoices and scheduling depositions.
- Assisting with opening new files and organizing initial case documents.
- Managing attorney schedules and coordinating travel.
- Preparing correspondence and other written documents under attorney direction.
- Monitoring files and escalating issues requiring attorney involvement.
- Working as a team player with other support staff and assigned attorney team.
- Demonstrating knowledge of firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of legal assistant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced law firm environment.
- CO State and Federal Court filing and E-Filing experience required.
- Familiarity with Colorado State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Critical thinking skills, superior communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Salary Information:

- Pay range for this position in Denver, CO is per hour.
