Law Firm Seeks Experienced Attorney for Commercial, Technology, and Data Transactions
Salary Range: $200,000 – $300,000 per year, plus benefits
Eligible for remote work and flexible scheduling
Locations: Washington ., New York, San Francisco, and Chicago

The Role:
- Highly motivated, forward-thinking individual with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong drafting skills and experience in technology, IP, and data transactions
- Analyze, draft, and counsel on a variety of transactions, including licensing, distribution, and services agreements
- Counsel on AI implications, draft data privacy and security agreements, and solve legal problems related to new and emerging technologies
- Independently manage projects, interact with clients, and work effectively as a team member
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines for start-up clients

The Candidate:
- At least 4 years of experience in technology, IP, and data transactions
- In-house experience valued; part-time schedules may be accommodated
- Ability to think strategically, assess risks, and communicate effectively
- Barred in the jurisdiction from which you will work
