Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the case, including responsive pleadings, discovery, and depositions
Strategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder
Collaborate with expert witnesses
Negotiate cases and attend mediations
Prepare for trial and communicate with clients and other counsel

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in medical malpractice defense work
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work efficiently and provide value to clients
Passion for the practice of law
