Dorsey & Whitney LLP, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Boise office. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for litigation and is looking for a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation, from pleading through trial and appeal
- Work on a variety of cases covering a wide range of industries
- Take on significant responsibility for pending cases
- Gain valuable in-court experience
- Draft motions and play a meaningful role in evidentiary hearings and trials

Qualifications:

- At least three years of litigation experience
- Admission to the Idaho bar or ability to become admitted
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Top academic credentials

Preferred Experience:
- Intellectual Property litigation experience
