Corporate Real Estate Associate
The candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience. Must be a member in good standing of the New York bar. Should have experience practicing corporate real estate law with significant experience in real estate joint ventures. Must have experience representing institutional investors, private equity firms and/or asset managers in real estate investment and co-investment transactions. Should have excellent interpersonal and drafting skills and a willingness to collaborate. Must have superior client service orientation and a strong work ethic. Should have the ability to juggle and take primary responsibility for multiple files. Should have a strong sense of when to exercise good independent judgment and when to consult as needed.
