Responsibilities:

- Handle motor vehicle liability/trucking cases in and around Nashville
- Draft and file litigation documents
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Interact with expert witnesses
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with State Bar Association (TN required, KY a plus)
- Ideally 4+ years of PI litigation experience, preferably in Trucking/MVA cases
- Ability to manage high volume of cases and take them to trial
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
