3rd or 4th year associate with restructuring experience including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings.

Qualifications:

- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comparable law firm experience required
- Clerkship experience preferred

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $250,000 – $285,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
