## Mid-Level Associate: Mergers & Acquisitions at Law Firm
Law Firm is seeking to hire a stellar mid-level associate for our Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of M&A experience, be admitted to the New York Bar, and have excellent credentials.

### Responsibilities
* Lead on diligence and drafting ancillary agreements
* Familiarity with all other aspects of a transaction

### Salary
The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
