Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Manage a large caseload efficiently and effectively
• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with team members and work in a team environment
• Utilize strong organizational and analytical skills to handle complex cases
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the financial services and mortgage industries

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the state bar of preferred location (Charlotte, NC or other US offices)

• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Prior experience in financial services and/or mortgage litigation preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
