Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in all aspects of health care litigation, including governance, compliance, employment, licensing, and privacy matters
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and assist in developing effective solutions to complex legal issues
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and oversee discovery and trial preparation
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care litigation
- Top academic credentials and excellent writing skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle complex and challenging cases
- Massachusetts bar membership or the ability to waive in
