Winchester office of our client seeks an estate and elder law attorney. The candidate will advise and guide clients as they make end-of-life decisions and navigate end-of-life scenarios. Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as wills, trusts, advance medical directives, powers of attorney, deeds, corporate documents, and agreements. Advise clients on estate planning, elder law, and estate administration issues, including related real estate, charitable giving, tax, and business issues. Represent clients in estate, conservator, guardian, and trust administration matters, including preparing the necessary petitions, orders, reports, notices, receipts, inventories, and/or accountings. A background in estate planning, estate administration, or elder law is preferred. VA Bar admission is required. Additional Bar admissions in other surrounding states are welcome.
