Insurance coverage remains a high-demand practice area as commercial litigation, complex claims, and policy disputes continue to grow nationwide.If you have experience analyzing or litigating coverage issues, including:Coverage opinions and policy interpretationCGL, D&O, E&O, EPL, cyber, and property coverageBad faith and declaratory judgment actionsReinsurance and specialty lines mattersPolicy drafting and advisory workRisk assessment for insurers or policyholders…we want to speak with you.DutiesAnalyze insurance policies and provide detailed coverage opinions.Represent insurers or policyholders in bad faith and declaratory judgment actions.Work on CGL, D&O, E&O, EPL, cyber, property, and specialty-line matters.Draft, negotiate, and interpret policy language.Support litigation teams with discovery, motions, depositions, and hearings.Advise clients on coverage risks, claim strategy, and dispute resolution.Requirements1–10+ years of insurance coverage experience on either insurer-side or policyholder-side.Strong legal writing, policy analysis, and research skills.Experience with litigation or pre-litigation coverage disputes preferred.Ability to understand complex insurance frameworks and specialty-line policies.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.SkillsExcellent analytical and drafting abilities.Clear communication with insurers, corporate clients, brokers, and internal teams.Strong understanding of insurance policy structure and coverage triggers.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Submit or update your resume today, and we will match you with the firms most likely to want your background.
