Duties

• Handle complex white collar criminal defense cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and assist in the preparation of motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Work with clients, manage relationships, and provide strategic legal counsel.
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile cases and investigations.
• Stay up to date on developments in white collar crime laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience (for associates from law school class years 2022 and up).
• Expertise in white collar criminal law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Education
