Littler Mendelson . is seeking a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney to join their team. Littler CaseSmart is a data-driven technology that provides superior service to their clients through a specialized workflow process. Attorneys who join Littler CaseSmart will have access to the resources of the firm without the demands of a shareholder path position.

## Responsibilities

Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorneys are responsible for the defense of each administrative agency charge and attorney demand letter assigned to them from investigation through conclusion. Responsibilities of this position include:

* Drafting position statements.
* Responding to agency requests for information.
* Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations.

## Requirements

Candidates for this position should have:

* Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side.
* A minimum of six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
* An active bar license in the state of residence.

## Salary and Benefits

The annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Littler Mendelson offers a generous benefits package to full-time and part-time employees working at least a 50% schedule.
