NJOPD offers internships year-round and statewide, giving students the chance to work in different regions and practice areas. The internship is open to college juniors and seniors, as well as graduate students. Investigator interns will assist with a range of tasks, including locating and interviewing witnesses, conducting field investigations, and attending court proceedings and training programs. Graduate students in fields such as social work can also apply to intern in specialized units, such as Recovery Court and Mental Health Advocacy.
