Duties:
- Provide legal counsel to clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Handle probate and trust administration efficiently and with sensitivity.
- Represent clients in adult and minor guardianship matters.
- Provide in-home and emergency estate planning services when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with a team that prioritizes excellence, empathy, and client education.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma (OBA membership required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning, probate, or a related legal field.
- Strong client counseling and communication skills.
- Ability to meet billable hour requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for assisting families in estate planning and probate matters.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active membership with the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Skills:
- Proficiency in legal drafting and estate planning strategies.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with Clio and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality client service.
