Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies.
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
  • Handle probate and trust administration efficiently and with sensitivity.
  • Represent clients in adult and minor guardianship matters.
  • Provide in-home and emergency estate planning services when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with a team that prioritizes excellence, empathy, and client education.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma (OBA membership required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning, probate, or a related legal field.
  • Strong client counseling and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet billable hour requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for assisting families in estate planning and probate matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal drafting and estate planning strategies.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Clio and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality client service.
