As a General Litigation and Product Liability Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload from beginning to end, while working with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage general litigation and product liability cases from inception to resolution, independently and with supervision
- Conduct file reviews and legal analysis of claims and causes of action
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other case related materials
- Attend depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and mediations
- Prepare for and attend trials
- Conduct extensive research and provide sound legal advice to clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support team members
- Maintain an excellent relationship with clients and adhere to all client guidelines
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Accurately record and maintain billable hours

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Admitted to practice in the State of New York (NJ, CT, and/or PA admission is a plus)
- Federal Court experience is a plus
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3-8 years of experience in general litigation and product liability

Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set. We offer benefits such as health, life, short-term and long-term disability, 401k, flexible work, and paid time off. For New York City applicants, the salary range is - ($72, - $145,), plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The final salary offered will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Please note that this salary range may not apply to positions outside of New York City.
