# Trademark Associate at Fish Law Firm

Fish Law Firm is seeking a talented and experienced Trademark Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will join our nationally ranked Trademark / Copyright practice and become a strategic counselor to clients seeking business-minded legal solutions to prosecution, enforcement, and litigation of their trademarks.

## Job Responsibilities

The Trademark Associate will be responsible for:

* Reviewing clearance searches and preparing substantive responses to PTO office actions
* Preparing and responding to cease and desist letters and handling other enforcement matters
* Assisting with domain name disputes, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and other matters related to the use of trademarks and social media platforms
* Providing legal advice to clients on trademark and copyright law
* Conducting complex and detailed analysis of legal matters
* Communicating with clients, attorneys, and staff
* Contributing to effective team relationships

## Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

* 1-3 years of . and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience
* An active membership in the state bar and be in compliance with CLE requirements
* Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials
* Analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for trademark, copyright, and intellectual property

## Benefits

Fish Law Firm offers a competitive salary of $215,000 - $250,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The salary will be adjusted for flex-time schedules. Other benefits include:
