The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation, consumer finance, commercial banking litigation, loan workouts and collections.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents related to commercial litigation and business law matters.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials related to commercial litigation cases.
• Communicating with clients to provide updates on case developments and address any concerns related to commercial litigation matters.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and tactics for resolving commercial litigation disputes.
• Participating in settlement negotiations with opposing parties to reach favorable resolutions for clients in commercial litigation matters.
