- Represent buyers and sellers in major transactions throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Pacific Rim

H2: Job Requirements
- 3-7 years law firm experience in corporate transactions, with significant M&A experience
- Experience in the energy industry, including power, renewable energy, oil and gas preferred
- Familiarity with project finance, infrastructure development, construction contracts, and/or tax equity transactions helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, able to advise legal and business teams from deal inception through closing
- Strong academic record and excellent writing and drafting skills
- Licensed to practice in Virginia preferred but not required
