- Familiarity with project finance, infrastructure development, construction contracts, and/or tax equity transactions helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, able to advise legal and business teams from deal inception through closing
- Strong academic record and excellent writing and drafting skills
- Licensed to practice in Virginia preferred but not required
