Law Firm is seeking to hire associates for its Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights (“FRCR”) Group in its Wilmington, Delaware and Newark, New Jersey offices.

Job Description

The Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group provides legal services in all areas of bankruptcy and insolvency law. This includes:

• Sophisticated corporate reorganizations
• Out-of-court restructurings and insolvency counseling
• Related litigation

The Group’s clients include:

• Official committees of unsecured creditors and bondholders
• Debtors-in-possession
• Chapter 11 and 7 trustees
• Secured creditors and lenders
• Indenture trustees
• Insurers
• Asset purchasers
• Lessors
• Other significant creditors

Qualifications

• Admission to the New Jersey and Delaware bars is required
• Admission to the New York bar is preferred, but not required
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred, but not required
