The incumbent would provide transactional support on a broad range of substantive legal ; Examples include real estate transactions, leases, public contracting matters, construction procurement, disputes, and a wide range of contract negotiations. We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with at least one to four years of practice experience. Candidates must be a member of the State Bar of California. This position's reasonably expected base salary range is $120,000 – $160,000 per year. The actual base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and ; F3 Law offers a positive, collegial, intellectually stimulating work environment, a reasonable billable hours requirement, billable hours bonuses and annual discretionary bonuses, generous health insurance benefits, and 401(k) with profit-sharing contributions.
