Wilshire Law Firm, a leading law firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attorney to join our Employment Class Action department. Our firm is dedicated to fighting for justice and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. As our Senior Attorney, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by representing clients in a variety of worker rights violation cases and securing the largest settlements and verdicts possible.

We are looking for a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar, with at least 5 years of experience in Employment Class Action. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and legal research skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to exercise common sense in complex situations are also essential qualities for this role.

In this position, you will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, developing strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in wage and hour matters. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our team of talented attorneys and staff, and participate in team outings and sponsored events.
