Private Client Advisor II Required Skills: - 12+ years of experience in private banking or complex financial services, or equivalent bachelor's degree. - Ability to drive new business development for target client segment with $3MM++ investable assets. - Presents a holistic approach to clients, leveraging the entire Private Bank platform. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset. - Proactively seeks opportunities for client engagement and acts upon them for the betterment of the client. - Influential and able to close business deals. - Strong sales and financial aptitude. - Skilled negotiator. - Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists and collaborate closely with other team members. - Takes on a leadership role on the team and within the business community. - Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses required. Private Client Advisor II Desired Skills: - MBA or post-graduate degree preferred. - CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD a plus.
