We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team in Savannah, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Personal Injury cases, evaluating the merits of each case, providing guidance and counsel to clients, and negotiating settlements. Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law, are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of Personal Injury cases
- Evaluate the merits of each case
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients
- Handle medical reviews and negotiate settlements
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law
- Ability to handle a large caseload and lead a legal team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney or Pre-Lit experience
- Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team
- Ability to interact with clients during their time of need
- Determination to get the best results for clients and win cases
- Professional office setting, 40 hour work week (Monday-Friday)
