Fairfax office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably at private law firms, although USPTO experience will also be taken into consideration. The candidate must have experience in preparing responses to USPTO Office Actions and experience in drafting new applications. Experience in responding to foreign Office Actions is also preferred.
